When are payments due?
Payment are due prior to any service rendered to REALTOR®, Investors and Homeowners.
Can I pay online?
Yes, absolutely, we prefer you pay online prior to our home staging team coming out.
How long is a consultation?
The consultation can last up to 2 hrs.
Is the consultation a flat fee?
No, the consultation is not a flat fee. The price varies based off the size of the home, the rooms being staged, and the service being rendered.
How long have you been in the business?
I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2002.
Do I need to stage my home?
All homes can benefit from home staging to increase its appeal to buyers.
Do I need to put my things in storage to stage my home?
Home staging can incorporate a homeowner’s existing furniture and décor. Anything not used will need to be pre-packed and stored in another location.
Do you have special packages for Realtors and Investors?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for more specific information.
Do you have a Service Contract?
Yes, we will enter into a written agreement signed by all Parties.
Do I have to reserve a date and time for furniture delivery?
Yes, we will require a minimum of up to 60 days.
Does RHSD charge a fee to shop for the client?
Yes, there is a $50 per hr. charge for shopping with or for clients.
Do you clean?
No, we stage homes. We do have vendors we partner with for house cleaning, painting and maintenance work. We will gladly give you their contact information.
Do you offer furniture delivery and pick-up?
Yes, furniture and accessories will be delivered and set up. $150 includes delivery and pickup.
Do you offer de-staging services?
Yes, de-staging Movers will return to pick up furniture. Please contact us 7 days prior to schedule date and time.
